We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged jewelry in its original packaging with tags attached.

Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items (unless defective) and final sale products are non-refundable.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable; return shipping costs are deducted for "free shipping" orders.

5. Damaged/Defective Items
